Once you provide the signed letter of authorization to ITP Solutions, we will confirm your existing telecommunications configuration and either replicate it or change it upon your request during the ordering process. We can also manage your termination notice obligations to your current provider. An implementation specialist will be assigned to your account and will follow you and your business through the process by providing order status notifications, set-up information and coordinating the order.

Our 24/7 customer service line is answered by live bilingual agents with the average of 30 seconds wait time. A trouble ticket will be opened immediately upon you reporting a problem. A technician visit to your site may be required. Our Customer Care agents will inform you if access to your premises is needed.

Commission for Complaints for Telecom-television Services (CCTS) CCTS is an independent agency whose mandate is to resolve complaints of consumers about their telecom and TV services, and complaints of small business customers about their telecom services, free of charge. If you have a complaint about your telephone, wireless, internet or TV service, you must first try to resolve it directly with your service provider. If you have done so and have been unable to reach a satisfactory resolution, CCTS may be able to help you.
